Position
- Recommend LASCC Oppose (note, it is neither legislation or a ballot measure)
- Some buildings were not designed to be easily retrofitted with zero emission appliances; this would require a whole restructure on a building. Additionally, retrofitting a building could be cost prohibitive on small businesses and mom and pop rental property owners, and could also require the displacement of the residents. South Coast AQMD is another unelected body making policy irrespective of how it effects the public.
